ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Rupesh Rasaily, a freshman at the University of Akron with a deep passion for entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and graphic design. Ever since I started exploring the business world, I’ve been driven by a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Balancing college life with a part-time job at Starbucks, I stay dedicated to developing my skills and gaining hands-on experience. I pride myself on being coachable and always eager to take on new challenges, which has helped me work with a variety of businesses, including Mile Markers with Matthew Futch and Dr. Longmire's life coaches. Each experience has broadened my understanding of what it takes to succeed in today’s competitive business environment.

My entrepreneurial journey began in November 2021 when I founded Young Business: All in One. I started by helping clients with graphic and website design and have since expanded my services to include marketing and business planning. This business was born from my passion to support overwhelmed business owners—helping them with the areas they struggle with so they can focus on what matters most. Despite relocating to Akron in 2022, I have continued to refine my approach and grow my skills.

Looking forward, my goal is to continue growing my knowledge and skills so I can better support my clients in improving their sales, expanding their reach, and building a stronger business. I’m dedicated to providing personalized, thoughtful solutions that help business owners manage their challenges and succeed without feeling overwhelmed.
